ShareASale announces new help center and ticketing support system for partners

We are excited to announce ShareASale’s new Help Centre and ticketing support system. It will be available tomorrow, May 17, as part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience on our platform.

Please be aware that we are upgrading the Help Center & ticketing support system at 3pm CT Tuesday, May 17. Access may temporarily be unavailable, but access will resume by the end of each business day. You will be emailed instructions how to access your ZenDesk account once you have completed any open support requests in the ShareASale ticketing platform.



How do I access the Help Center?

ShareASale’s new Help Center, powered by Zendesk’s award winning customer service software is an all-in one support hub that’s designed to help partners succeed. You can access videos, articles and guides, along with general guidance and optimizations, on topics such as program training, growth opportunities and industry and sector insights. You can also submit a ticket in the Help Center to receive further assistance from our experts.

ShareASale’s modern Help Center speeds up our customer-first approach and makes resources more easily available for all partners. You can raise a ticket using any of the methods above if you are unable to find the answer to your question. To help us understand your request and give feedback, you will need to choose your account type. We will be able to help you more efficiently if we have more information.
